An employee must know what and how work discipline, work environment and organizational culture exist in the company where he works. Therefore, the problem that arises in general is how to increase work productivity through work discipline, work environment and organizational culture as a reference. This needs special attention because it will have an impact in the future. To analyze and explain the influence of work discipline, work environment and organizational cult on employee work productivity. This research was conducted at the Sesetan area cooperative. The sample used in this research was 60 people who were determined using a non-probabilistic sampling technique with purposive sampling, namely a sample selection technique that determines the selection of respondents based on the researcher's considerations. Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires. The analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques, inferential analysis techniques, classical assumption regression analysis, model feasibility test (F test), partial test (T test) and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this research show that work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee productivity, the work environment also has a significant positive effect on employee productivity, organizational culture is proven to have a significant positive effect on employee productivity. Companies need to implement employee development programs that focus on increasing discipline, improving the work environment, and strengthening organizational culture.
