The research method used is quantitative. The questionnaire was distributed online. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling. 405 respondents participated in this study. Respondents were employees at the BPK RI Head Office. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis was performed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) through PLS (Partial Least Squares), supported by SmartPLS 4.
