Abstract

This study aims to systematically analyze the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on work performance. The research methodology used is a qualitative method or systematic literature review research. The systematic literature review method is carried out using three stages, namely planning the population or target, topics that attract outcomes, contests and determining research questions. The results of the study stated that the leadership style by using a transformational style can improve employee performance. There is a significant and positive relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, the better the culture used, the better the employee performance.
