Abstract

This study analyzes the net benefits of using the SAP Management Material Module at PT Telkom Akses using the HOT-Fit Model. It evaluates three key aspects: human (user satisfaction and system usage), organizational (structure and environment), and technological (system, information, and service quality). A quantitative survey was conducted with 348 Warehouse PICs directly involved in SAP usage. Data were assessed with SEM-using SmartPLS to examine variable relationships and each factor’s contribution to net benefit. Six hypotheses were tested: H1–H3 assess the impact of system, information, and service quality on net benefit via user satisfaction, while H4–H6 evaluate their impact via organizational structure. All hypotheses were supported, with T-statistics surpassing the 0.05 significance threshold. Results show that technological quality enhances SAP’s net benefits when mediated by human and organizational factors
